Kosciusko - High Country 2018
Thank you for your interest in booking our Kosciusko High Country Painting Workshop 2018. Please read this information carefully for instructions on how to secure your place.
**We will hold a tentative position for you for 5 days from this message, once your full payment has been received with cleared funds, you will receive a confirmation email that your place in the workshop has been secured.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The full cost of the Workshop is $1250* per person TWIN SHARE. (Queen or 2 single beds). Limited Single Supplement places are available at a cost of $500.
Rooms are sized quite generously and are great for sharing with another artist – if needed, we can help you find a partner to share. If you are wanting a room to yourself, there are a limited number of single rooms, so first in best dressed!
Not Included: transport (except pre-arranged pickup from Cooma airport), national parks pass & art supplies.

Costings: *Prices quoted are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as an increase in accommodation rates.
**Please use your full name and workshops teachers initials as identification on your payment e.g. for Andrew Antoniou's workshop: Firstname Lastname/AA. Once you have made your deposit please send us an email so we can keep an eye out for your payment & send you a confirmation once it is received.
Note: clearing times differ from bank to bank, please allow up to 3 business days for your payment to clear.
Cancellation policy:
We are always happy for you to substitute someone into your place OR if we have a wait list, to do this for you. If there is no one to fill your place, cancellations will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
All workshop participants will be required to sign a disclaimer and to adhere to the terms and conditions of the workshop.
We will make every attempt to run the workshop as advertised, however sometimes things happen that we have no control over. At all times we will attempt to deliver the best solution for you AND run the workshop.
To give you plenty of preparation time, I will send out a materials list, directions and liaise with you regarding accommodation, dietary & medical requirements as soon as full payment is received and your place confirmed. You will be required to sign a disclaimer.
The meeting point for the workshop is at the lodge in Crackenback, HOWEVER, pickup/drop-off from Cooma airport can be arranged.

- Cancellations up to June 30th 2018 will receive a refund LESS $100.
- Cancellations from 1st July to 15th September will receive a refund LESS $250.
- Cancellations from the 16th September will receive a refund LESS $500.
- Cancellation of the workshop by AlisonChiamartworkshops at any time, will result in all registered participants receiving a FULL refund.In the unlikely event of this occurring, all participants will be notified in writing.
- In the unlikely event that Alison herself cannot make the workshop, she may elect to use a substitute artistic director and this will NOT result in the painting trip being cancelled.
- ALL cancellations must be in writing.
